Online Standard Shipping

• Sydney Metro
  For all website orders over $1500 (including GST), delivery will be free of charge within Sydney metro. Turnaround time for Sydney metro will be within 2-5 days.
• NSW, QLD, VIC
  Interstate deliveries (QLD, VIC metro) will take up to 5-8 working days. Regional areas outside metropolitan will take up to 14 working days. Please contact us for a personalized freight quote outside Sydney metro.

Delivery Options
All tiles and natural stone will packed on a pallet/crate and will be delivered kerbside only.

Our third party delivery partners are unable to deliver beyond the kerb due to insurance and O&HS considerations. If you live in an apartment or are delivering tiles commercially, we strongly suggest you consider the logistics involved with getting your tiles into the building on the day of delivery.

We recommend that it's best for someone to be onsite to coordinate the delivery, it's not essential. If you are not home, the driver has an authority to leave and will deliver the goods to a safe location kerbside.

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before delivery to ensure you are able to accept the product. Any additional fees or charges as a result of failed delivery attempts made by couriers will be passed on to the purchaser at full price.
